In addition to giving classic arcade games like Pacman, Space Invaders, and Frogger a 3D look, we can build true 3D worlds as well as 3D shapes, and be “in” our 3D worlds in first person. Once we have mastered game design, we can expand our horizons to simulations of real-world scenarios, such as models of natural disasters (forest fire, avalanche) or an epidemic. At the end of our week, we’ll upload our games and simulations to the web to share with friends and family. As an added bonus, you can continue your designs by downloading the software at home. No previous programming or game design experience is required.
