Denver is lucky to be surrounded by great local farms that celebrate fall and Halloween with tons of autumn activities and, of course, PUMPKINS! Bring the kids out to one (or more) of these local farms to grab some pumpkins and have fun this year.
Berry Patch Farms – 13785 Potomac Street, Brighton, CO 80601.
Saturdays in October brings the Autumn Blessings fun to Berry Patch Farms! Join the fun for hayrides, a straw maze, pumpkins, and more!
Anderson Farms – Located east of Boulder on Hwy 52.
This is one of the largest pumpkin patches around. There are tons of activities including a playground, jump pad, pedal carts, mazes, a petting zoo and more in addition to pumpkin picking and food. Fee for admission.
Chatfield Farms Pumpkin Festival – 8500 W Deer Creek Canyon Road, Littleton, CO 80128.
Enjoy a day of fall activities at Chatfield Farms. Ticket price includes access to the 10-acre pumpkin patch and family and children’s activities. Pumpkin prices vary by size; the average price is $8. It is recommended to bring a wagon to transport pumpkins. Free pumpkin daycare is available while you enjoy the rest of the festival. We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance. Tickets will be limited for this event. Tickets at the door, if available, go up $2 per ticket.
Tagawa Gardens Nursery & Garden Center – 7711 S. Parker Road Centennial, CO 80016.
A community tradition for over 20 years! Come celebrate wildlife, harvest, and family fun with entertainment and activities. Get up close and personal with animals, enjoy a horse-drawn hayride, explore the Bat Cave and Spider’s Lair, decorate a pumpkin, take a mini-train ride, saddle up on a pony, and enjoy food from local vendors.
Osborn Farms – 1230 S. Boise Avenue, Loveland, CO 80537.
The established Loveland farm — family-owned since 1861 — is small, neat and to the point: Drive to the site, park your car, then grab a wheelbarrow and get to picking. They have the field full of pumpkins, a petting zoo, barrel train, gourds, Indian corn, corn stalks and straw bales available for purchase. Food vendors and hayrides available Saturdays and Sundays
Rock Creek Farms – 2005 South 112th Street, Broomfield, CO 80020.
Over 100 acres of U-Pick-Em pumpkin fields for you to explore and find the perfect pumpkins. Pumpkins aren’t where the fun stops, try the hay bale maze or get lost in the winding paths of over six miles of Corn Mazes. Visit with the pigs, goats, cows, sheep and other farm animals. Enjoy the selection of fall festive treats and decorations such as gourds, Indian corn, baked goods, straw bales and more. Bring your friends and family out to Rock Creek Farm for a day of Halloween fun in beautiful Broomfield, Colorado, located in Boulder County.

Nick’s Fall Fest is Open Everyday Starting September 28th through October 27th. Nick’s Fall Fest is open 7 days a week starting September 28th-October 27th. Our hours are Monday–Saturday 8am-6pm, Sunday 9am-5pm. The last train and tractor rides are 10 minutes before we close. We do not charge an entrance fee to Nick’s Fall Fest. You can walk right in and enjoy many free activities including the Straw Maze, Story Time with Professor Pumpkin, Kiddie Play Area, and various games.

Miller Farms fall festival gives everyone the opportunity to not only explore the farm but to also harvest their own vegetables! During the fall harvest, everyone takes a tractor ride to the fields with stops along the way to pick their own vegetables. They’ll get the fun and educational experience of putting their hands in the dirt, and the rewarding benefit of picking fresh produce to take home to their families.

Fall is an exciting time of year at Munson Farms. You can pick your own pumpkin in our patch, or but a variety of pre-picked ones, and gourds. We also have hayrides and a corn maze that will entertain the whole family!
Cottonwood Farms – 10600 Isabelle Road. Lafayette, CO.
A family farm located just north of Lafayette, selling pumpkins and fall produce. Play in the corn or straw bale maze, and see farm animals and tractors. Wagon ride available on Saturdays and Sundays.
